Windstar Cruises has partnered with Florida-based booking systems developer, Revelex Corp.

As a result, travel advisors can book Windstar cruises alongside inventories from 40 plus major cruise lines, all on one online platform.

Revelex’s Power Agent 5 provides access to a global cruise API, giving travel advisors increased control over the booking process.

Joe Romans, Revelex Senior Vice President of Sales, explained that the system allows travel advisors to pull web and private fares, search and book multiple cruise products, apply mark-ups and discounts with a yield management tool, and also make post-booking modifications.

“We’re thrilled to add Windstar’s cruise products to our system and ensure an additional, easy pathway for booking,” he said.

Janet Bava, Windstar’s CCO, also highlighted the benefits of this partnership, noting that the integration with Revelex will appeal to advisors already using the platform, while also extending Windstar’s reach globally.

“This new integration further cements our commitment to the travel trade industry, as we do everything possible to create a trouble-free and streamlined booking process.

“We’ve been searching for and identifying the best and most impactful ways to increase our distribution worldwide, and adding Revelex is an ideal way to expand our global footprint and help make more travel partners aware of the magic that is Windstar and see the broad range of destinations we sail, such as the Mediterranean, Tahiti and Caribbean,” she said.
