‘Costa Toscana’ sailed on her inaugural Mediterranean voyage on 5th March from Savona, Italy.
The 13 dedicated boutiques offer curated merchandise from global brands and new collections across a range of lifestyle products, including apparel, handbags, watches, beauty, fine jewellery and more.
Starboard has also named John McGirl as Chief People Experience Officer.
In this newly created role, he will join the Starboard Executive Leadership Team and report directly to President and CEO, Lisa Bauer upon when he takes up his new role on 4th April.
His job will entail leading and shaping Starboard’s worldwide employee experience, implementing initiatives and identifying future opportunities.

Previously, McGirl was COO for ‘The World’, the largest privately-owned residential yacht.
He has also held multiple executive-level positions in the cruise sector including as Vice President of Human Resources and Quality Assurance at both Cunard Line and The Yachts of Seabourn; Vice President of Human Resources for Royal Caribbean International and Azamara Cruise Lines and Chief Human Resources Officer at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings.
