Three Viking Cruises cruise ships are undergoing refits at Belfast’s iconic Harland & Wolff shipyard, according to social media feeds.
The ’Viking Sky’, ‘Viking Sun’ and ’Viking Sea’ arrived last month from warm layup in Norway.
Stena Line has also booked $3.1 mill worth of refurbishment work at Belfast involving six ropaxes.
The ferry company claimed it had been using the shipyard for 40 years.
Harland & Wolff has already undertaken work on four Stena vessels since the yard’s acquisition by Infostrata last December, and ’Stena Europe’ was due to leave drydock at Belfast earlier this month following a refurbishment programme.
