Trimline appoints new CEO

Michael Colebourn has been promoted CEO of cruise ship interior refurbisher, Trimline.

Trimline Chairman, Gary Oliver, said; “We are delighted to confirm that Michael Colebourn has been appointed as CEO at Trimline. He has been with Trimline for two years – initially as CFO and most recently as Interim CEO.

“During this time, Michael has demonstrated his strength in operational and financial leadership. We are confident that he will have a significant influence in taking the company to the next level through his strategic direction,” he said.

Colebourn (pictured) commented, “I’m proud to take on this key role for a company with such a strong heritage and reputation for quality in the industry. My experience both prior to and during my tenure at Trimline has enabled me to create a strong strategic vision. I look forward to leading and working closely with the senior management to deliver upon this.

“Throughout this year, we have taken the opportunity to consolidate and take a deep dive into our philosophy of ‘Creating World Class Interiors’. We have looked at our culture and what ‘Operational Excellence’ means to Trimline and have put further measures in place to ensure that we not only meet but exceed our customer’s expectations always.

“Going forward we now have a stronger foundation on which to grow on our record year of £38 mill last year and further our already strong position in the marketplace.
