ICE Technology Services founders, Ian Richardson and Conor Byrne have launched an eco-system of companies to provide digital transformation solutions and services.
Called TheICEway, this is a consultancy led group, specialising in the travel and cruise industries, with some experience across other sectors, including retail and healthcare.It aims to deliver end-to-end strategies for companies wishing to maximise the opportunity of digital technology.
TheICEway includes consultancy services and managed services through ICE Technology Services, testing through eTestware, compliance and cyber security through Cribb, and implementation of future technology with AIVR labs. The consultancy also works with a number of software development partners, enabling it to provide an end-to-end solution, whatever the digital vision.
CEO Richardson, commented: “Digital transformation is happening at such an astounding rate. Companies no longer have time to source lots of different solutions and services from a myriad of providers. Our customers are increasingly looking for end-to-end support for all technology needs.”
Being consultancy led, TheICEway is also able to work with customers to determine precisely what solution or range of solutions will enable them to meet their business goals, the company claimed.
The root of this system is ICE consultancy services, which focuses exclusively on the travel and cruise vertical.
