Cruise shipbuilder, STX France, has reverted back to its former name of Chantiers de l’Atlantique.
The re-branding was announced in June by the French Minister of Economy, Brune le Maire and confirmed recently at the company’s general meeting.
The shipyard is being acquired by Fincantieri, which signed the acquisition deal with the French government in February of this year
