Swiss-based river cruise ship company, Scylla has promoted Rainer Büttner to Group COO.
Rainer (pictured) has had extensive experience from the cruise and hospitality industry.
After more than 12 years at Sea Chefs, where he was responsible for nearly 50 river ships, he joined Scylla in 2024 as Vice President Hotel Operations.
With his expertise and strong industry know-how, Rainer will play a key role in supporting Scylla’s continued growth and further strengthening its market position, the company said.
