Princess Cruises has appointed Sami Kohen as Vice President of Food & Beverage.
Kohen will join Princess on 29th August and will report directly to President, John Padgett.
He is described as a distinguished food and beverage professional with extensive culinary experience across a broad spectrum of cruise, travel and hospitality brands –

Kohen started his career at sea on board Cunard’s ‘Queen Elizabeth 2’, Royal Viking Line and Crystal Cruises, progressing from sommelier, head waiter and maître d’ and then continued ashore as a food and beverage controller and operations director for Crystal Cruises and Celebrity Cruises through the Apollo Group.
He has also served as hotel director for Kyma Ship Management looking after the Japanese luxury charter market.
