The popularity of cruise holidays can have their downsides.
Melissa Mayntz has reported this week for Cruise Hive that “Royal Caribbean’s Wonder of the Seas has been oversold due to an inventory error”.
The 2,867 staterooms have been oversold. Royal Caribbean is offering impacted guests to move to an interior stateroom for the same sailing, leaving December 11, and will receive a 100% refund for their cruise fare.
Previously, in September, Robert McGillivray for Cruise Hive had also reported that “more than one hundred passengers booked on the Genting Dream cruise ship operated by Resorts World Cruises were stranded after an overbooking issue.
