Nisomar, the data-driven maritime services company offering virtual port agency, has signed another partnership agreement for launch services with Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH) in Chile for the 2019/2020 season.
This new agreement follows Nisomar’s successful 2017/18 season with NCLH and under its latest partnership, the company will provide its services to the group’s three brands across seven Chilean ports, including berthing assistance, pilot embarkation/disembarkation, local port authority liaison and service launches for each visit.
Ports coming under this agreement include Arica, Iquique, Coquimbo, San Antonio, Puerto Montt, Puerto Chacabuco and Punta Arenas.
Launched nearly two years ago, Nisomar works as an international strategic maritime partner to offer analytics from big data to support business decisions, transformational management consultancy and port call services and is led by CEO, Capt Claus Hyldager.
In South America, Nisomar’s N-Bridge operations cover Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela to provide a single point of contact, information processes and in-depth performance reporting.
Jaime Otero, Regional Managing Director, Nisomar South America, commented: “We’re very pleased to renew our launch services agreement with Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings for the second year running, which is an endorsement of the quality of our service. We will work extremely hard with Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings to achieve another very successful cruise season.”
