Offering interactive Cabin TV, MXP will leverage BYTEPOETS’ expertise to provide the best features for both iTV and guest mobile app experiences for cruise lines.
The full-featured, cloud-based MXP365 guest application provides a digital guest experience throughout the entire customer journey (pre-cruise, on board, and post cruise) by offering a web portal, iOS/Android mobile app, online pre-cruise check-in, iTV, digital signage, self-service kiosk, and an AI chatbot, thus enabling cruise lines to elevate the guest experience, boost revenues, and reduce costs.
“We warmly welcome our new colleagues from BYTEPOETS to the MXP team,” said Hannes Lindthaler, MXP CEO.
“With BYTEPOETS’ expertise, MXP will continue to provide cruise lines with the best possible digital and cloud solutions.”
The fully integrated MXP platform is claimed to be the most widely used software in the cruise industry, offering a complete suite of cruise-specific solutions to enhance the guest experience, maximise revenues, and streamline operations.
