‘Margaritaville at Sea Paradise’ to be upgraded

‘Margaritaville at Sea Paradise’, ex ‘Grand Classica’, will reportedly drydock this month at the Freeport, Bahamas shiprepair yard for an upgrade.

She was bought to cruise from Palm Beach, Florida to Freeport, Grand Bahama Island.

According to the operators, talking with local media, she will undergo a programme of upgrades.

The drydocking was due to start on 21st May and she is scheduled to sail on 2nd June, according to Margaritaville at Sea.

Among the upgrades and new additions is a regulation size pickleball court that will be located on the ship’s forward deck. Pickleball is one of the fastest growing recreational sports in the world and it is particular popular in Florida, the company said.

To celebrate the upgrade, the cruise line has launched a Buy-One-Get-One (BOGO) special, offering its three-day, two-night cruises from Palm Beach, Florida to Freeport for $169 per person. The second guest sails for free.

She is fitted with 658 cabins.
