MA Group acquires Magicman

MA Group Limited, a diversified business company specialising in property management, insurance services, and restoration solutions, is to acquire Magicman Holdings Limited, which is involved in restoration, repair, and maintenance services for residential, commercial, and industrial clients, including shipping.

This acquisition, led by MA’s CEO, Paul Hayman and Mark Henderson (CEO of Magicman), marks a significant expansion of the Group’s service offerings and strengthens its commitment to innovation and operational excellence across multiple sectors, it said.
