M/V Rosella is handed over to Aegean Sea Lines Maritime Company

With references to the previous stock exchange release the 8th of December 2022, M/V Rosella
has been handed over today, 17th of January 2023 to Aegean Sea Lines Maritime Company.

The name of the vessel will be M/V Anemos after reflagging
