Louis has announced that one of its subsidiaries had sold the 1,460 pax ’Majesty’ to an undisclosed “overseas company.”
It was later reported that she will join Mano Cruises as the ‘Princess Iris’. However, not further details were available.
Louis said that the company would book an accounting profit of around €700,000 on the sale.
‘Majesty’ was built as the ‘Royal Majesty’ for Majesty Cruise Line in 1992 and recently sailed under charter to Marella Cruises, which ended last year.
She was also operated by Norwegian Cruise Line and Star Cruises during her career.
