Global Eagle Entertainment has won a contract to provide new technology, entertainment and television for PONANT’s existing fleet and for the French company’s six newbuildings.
The three-year contract adds to a relationship that began with Global Eagle in 2015. PONANT’s expedition cruise ships will receive the latest television and video choices, and each of its four existing ships will be fitted with new 3.6 m TVRO antennas.
The six newbuildings will each be fitted with 92 luxury cabins.
