Dutch-based naval architects, C-Job has recently delivered an initial ropax design to Greek-based Saronic Ferries, following an extensive sustainable fuel feasibility study.

The design is of a zero-emissions ropax with a capacity for 800 pax. She will feature a variety of sustainable equipment, including fully electric propulsion.

She will recharge her batteries at Piraeus.

Once built, she is expected to join the fleet in 2026, sailing between Piraeus and the islands of Aegina and Agistri, provided that the infrastructure needed at Piraeus is put in place in time.
