MSC Cruises has promoted Erin Douglas (pictured), the former Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to Senior Vice President of Trade Sales in the US.
Douglas originally joined MSC Cruises in 2022. She will focus on strengthening the company’s relationship with travel advisors and travel agencies, and will report directly to Suzanne Salas, Executive Vice President of Marketing, eCommerce and Sales at MSC Cruises USA.
She began working within the travel industry as a travel advisor, so her experience will be a key strength to the new position, MSC said.
