Columbia Cruises Services (CCS) is managing the hotel ship ‘SuperStar Libra’ for Genting Hong Kong.
She is being used as a hotel in Wismar at the MV Werften Shipyard to house workers and contractors.
As the dedicated manager and using a team of 116 hotel, deck and engine crew, CCS will be in charge of delivering food and beverage services, housekeeping, purchasing, logistics and administrative services.
Olaf Groeger, CCS Managing Director, said; “For CCS, the hotel ship is an exciting new challenge. As a Germany-based company, we hope to be able to make a small contribution to the overall success of the ‘Global Class’ project.”
Similar to a hotel, but which is not open to the public, restaurants and bars are available, and a lunch menu will be offered.
