Fred.Olsen has confirmed that the newly acquired ‘Bolette’ and ’Borealis’ will be taking over the itineraries of the veteran sisterships ’Black Watch’ and ’Boudicca’ out of the UK.
The two classic 1970s-built cruise ships are to be retired.
‘Bolette’ and ‘Borealis’ were purchased from Holland America Line and were recently drydocked at Verolme Botlek before heading to Rosyth in Scotland to join the rest of the idle fleet.
At Rosyth, the two cruise ships will undergo internal refurbishment.
