Reisen’s ‘Artania’ is due to arrive at Lloyd Werft on 17th November for a three week refurbishment project.
More than 250 cabins will be refurbished during the refit, which will include class related maintenance. She is scheduled to leave the yard on 6th December.
Together with maintenance and classwork being carried out by Lloyd Werft, hotel and stateroom refurbishments will be undertaken by Phoenix Reisen.
The hotel sector refurbishments, which include the Pacific Lounge and Jamaica Club, was put out to tender.
In addition, carpets, furnishings, wall paper and other items are being refurbished in more than 200 cabins and public areas. Lloyd Werft will provide the logistical support.
‘Artrania’, which can accommodate 1,260 pax, will initially call at the Columbus Cruise Centre on 17th November before entering the dock.
