ALMACO has fitted out the entire crew areas, plus some of the public areas, to the Polar expedition vessel, ‘Crystal Endeavor’.
A product of MV WERFTEN Stralsund shipyard, the company completed the areas contracted on board on time, it was claimed.
The steel-to-steel installation included interior and background outfitting. Installation of all 109 crew cabins and crew public areas were undertaken on site. Work included a full turnkey operation that covered everything from planning the project, design and engineering, material delivery and the background systems installation to interior outfitting.
ALMACO supported the shipyard and owner from the start of the project to the vessel’s completion.
‘Crystal Endeavor’ accommodates 200 guests and is fitted with luxurious facilities for both its crew and guests.
“It’s great to see the vessel travel to exotic locations with our areas supporting both guests and the crew,” Eric Guiot, ALMACO’s Project Manager said.
