Following a stay at the Lloyd Werft Bremerhaven shipyard, ’AIDAdiva’ embarked on her first voyage from Warnemünde to the Norwegian fjords on 14th May, 2022.
During a refit from 25th April to 12th May, 2022, in addition to regular class and maintenance work, some areas of the ship were redesigned.
A new attraction fitted on board ‘AIDAdiva’ was the alpine hut complete with delicacies from the Alpine region and various beer specialties.
Another novelty added was the Body & Soul Spa: The entire wellness area was extended by an outdoor area with a view of the sea. In addition, the fitness facilities were replaced by the latest generation of equipment.
In addition, on 14th May, the ‘AIDAperla’ ended her three week stay at the Damen shipyard in Rotterdam, Schiedam.
She arrived back in Hamburg two days later and also undertook a cruise to Norway.
In addition to the technical updates and the scheduled class and maintenance work, ‘AIDAperla’ also received an upgrade, which included a new ice bar.
The Body & Soul Organic Spa was also refurbished. New on board is a Hypoxi Studio and as a supplement to the extensive fitness offer, there are now also Cyberobics workouts with international trainers.
A special fashion accessories area for leather goods, handbags and sunglasses was integrated into the Shopping Plaza.
