Barcelona-based passenger bridge builder, ADELTE has been commissioned by Associated British Ports (ABP) to design a system for the UK’s Plymouth ferry terminal.
A KRONUS seaport passenger boarding bridge (SPBB) with a connecting elevated walkway will be installed at the Millbay ferry terminal, utilised by Brittany Ferries and cruise ships.
These passenger access systems form an integral component of a broader set of strategic infrastructure improvements at Millbay to enhance passenger satisfaction, bolster the port’s environmental sustainability, and expand its appeal to the cruise market, the company said.
