Registration has opened for Seatrade Europe, due to be held in Hamburg between 10th and 12th September.
This biennial gathering brings together executives from across the sector for three days of business, networking, and industry insights.
Hamburg sits at the heart of the European cruise industry and will soon officially inaugurate the new HafenCity cruise terminal.
Eight cruise ships are expected on the River Elbe during the week.

The Seatrade Europe Expo (10th-12th September) – Some 3,500 plus attendees from 80 or more countries are expected to attend, including over 250 executives from more than 50 cruise line brands.
Key attractions will be the new ‘Tech Zone’, an immersive area showcasing IT suppliers and emerging technology innovators, the returning and popular ‘Destination Discovery Zone’, and the ‘Newcomers Boulevard’ open to brand new exhibitors.
The Seatrade Europe Conference (10th-12th September) – This year’s programme explores how cruise lines, ports, destinations, regulators, and suppliers are responding to new imperatives – from de-carbonisation and smart ship design to community engagement, innovation shoreside to infrastructure developments.
The Seatrade Cruise Awards (10th September) – The 19th edition of the Seatrade Cruise Awards in partnership with principal sponsors, Ocean Technologies Group and Oracle Hospitality, will be presented in categories such as ‘Destination of the Year’, ‘Port of the Year’ and ‘Seatrade Cruise Personality of the Year’.
River Cruise Day (11th September) – River Cruise Day (in partnership with River Cruise Europe & IG Rivercruise) will consist of a whole day dedicated to exploring the intricacies of river cruising.

Hamburg Cruise Days (12th-14th September) – For the 10th year, the Hamburg Cruise Days public event will feature a weekend full of ships and an engaging programme hosted along the waterfront.
Known as the world’s most beautiful cruise festival, attendees will experience ships sailing down the Elbe River plus lots of entertainment and food and drink options.
